Des <strong class=\"d2b\">impulsions laser intenses<\/strong> sont distribu\u00e9es par des <strong>fibres optiques<\/strong> pour activer des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9cifiques par le biais d&rsquo;explosions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les op\u00e9rations d\u00e9clench\u00e9es par la longueur d&rsquo;onde d&rsquo;allumage figurent l&rsquo;<strong class=\"d2b\">allumage des moteurs et des boosters<\/strong> du lanceur. L&rsquo;<strong>opto-pyrotechnie<\/strong> est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e pour la <strong>s\u00e9paration des \u00e9tages et de la coiffe<\/strong>, ainsi que pour le\u00a0<strong>larguage des charges utiles<\/strong> (satellites, sondes&#8230;) et, si n\u00e9cessaire, pour la <strong>neutralisation du lanceur<\/strong>. Certains lanceurs peuvent comporter plusieurs centaines de m\u00e8tres de lignes optopyro et plusieurs dizaines de fonctions pyrotechniques.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Quels sont les avantages de l\u2019opto-pyrotechnie?<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]L\u2019<strong class=\"d2b\">opto-pyrotechnie<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019<strong>initiation ou le d\u00e9clenchement par impulsions laser<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sente plusieurs avantages en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de fiabilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>utilisation d\u2019explosifs secondaires moins sensibles (sans explosifs primaires pour initier la cha\u00eene de r\u00e9action pyrotechnique), ce qui r\u00e9duit le risque de d\u00e9tonation involontaire,<\/li>\n<li>compatible avec des architectures multivoies et des d\u00e9ports longue distance via fibres optiques,<\/li>\n<li>masse totale et encombrement r\u00e9duits,<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9cision accrue,<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9clenchements rapides et synchronis\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00e9ventuelle (test et v\u00e9rification du syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9),<\/li>\n<li>faibles besoins en courant,<\/li>\n<li>totalement insensible aux perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI), aux d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques et aux interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectriques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Principe du multiplexeur optique pour lignes opto-pyrotechniques<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]En opto\u2011pyrotechnie, un WDM (multiplexeur en longueurs d\u2019onde) est un composant optique passif bidirectionnel \u00e0 trois voies qui permet \u00e0 la fois de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la <strong class=\"d2b\">ligne opto-pyrotechnique<\/strong> et de d\u00e9clencher une explosion contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Il achemine deux signaux lasers de longueurs d\u2019onde diff\u00e9rentes \u2014 une longueur d\u2019onde d\u2019interrogation de tr\u00e8s faible \u00e9nergie et une longueur d\u2019onde d\u2019allumage provenant d\u2019un laser haute puissance (impulsion de tir laser) \u2014 sur une seule fibre optique, puis les s\u00e9pare \u00e0 la sortie via un filtre dichro\u00efque qui r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit le signal retour d\u2019interrogation vers la ligne de surveillance et laisse passer le signal du laser d\u2019allumage sur la ligne de transmission, vers l\u2019effecteur.<\/p>\n<p id=\"fonction-de-surveillance\" class=\"mb-2 mt-4 font-display font-semimedium text-base first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\"><strong>Fonction de surveillance<\/strong> :\u00a0Lorsque le WDM renvoie une att\u00e9nuation inhabituelle de la longueur d\u2019onde d\u2019interrogation vers la ligne de surveillance, il signale un d\u00e9faut sur la ligne opto-pyrotechnique. Cette signature lumineuse est analys\u00e9e par un OTDR (optical time-domain reflectometer), qui fournit des informations pr\u00e9cises sur l\u2019emplacement et l\u2019\u00e9tat des \u00e9pissures, connexions, d\u00e9fauts et autres caract\u00e9ristiques.<\/p>\n<p id=\"dclenchement-conditionnel\" class=\"mb-2 mt-4 font-display font-semimedium text-base first:mt-0 md:text-lg [hr+&amp;]:mt-4\"><strong>D\u00e9clenchement conditionnel<\/strong> :\u00a0En cas de d\u00e9faillance d\u00e9tect\u00e9e sur la ligne de transmission, le <strong class=\"d2b\">dispositif opto-pyrotechnique<\/strong> bloque l\u2019envoi de la longueur d\u2019onde d\u2019allumage. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, si la signature r\u00e9trodiffus\u00e9e de l\u2019interrogation est normale, le laser d\u2019allumage active l&rsquo;effecteur qui peut \u00eatre un initiateur opto-pyro (IOP) ou un d\u00e9tonateur opto-pyro (DOP), d\u00e9clenchant par exemple la s\u00e9paration d\u2019un \u00e9tage ou l\u2019allumage d\u2019un booster.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Premi\u00e8re mondiale : des boosters d\u00e9clench\u00e9s par un syst\u00e8me opto-pyrotechnique \u00e0 base de fibres optiques<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEDI-ATI est tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9e dans le programme qui consiste \u00e0 <strong class=\"d2b\">contr\u00f4ler l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des lignes opto-pyrotechnique<\/strong> utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9clencher l\u2019allumage du moteur P120C.
