L\u2019un des enjeux soci\u00e9taux actuels est la quantification du niveau d\u2019exposition radioactive du patient lors d\u2019un examen radiologique de type scanner ou IRM.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e est de placer un d\u00e9tecteur de rayons-X ultra-compact et flexible, sous ou dans le matelas, voire la t\u00eati\u00e8re, de la table d\u2019examen o\u00f9 s\u2019installe le patient.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb10px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Des capteurs de radiations \u00e0 base de fibres optiques scintillantes et plastiques<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Deux solutions sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude. La premi\u00e8re consiste en une <strong>sonde \u00e0 fibre optique<\/strong>, constitu\u00e9e de <strong>fibre optique plastique 500 \u00b5m<\/strong> et d\u2019une section en <strong>fibre optique scintillante<\/strong>, sensible aux rayons-X, de 500 \u00b5m \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde est un maillage tiss\u00e9 de <strong>fibres optiques scintillantes<\/strong>, qui pourrait en plus permettre de localiser tr\u00e8s finement l\u2019endroit qui a re\u00e7u les radiations.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb10px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Un savoir-faire unique : l\u2019\u00e9pissurage entre diff\u00e9rents types de fibres optiques gros coeurs<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element contenu\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEDI-ATI a une longue exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019\u00e9pissurage de <strong class=\"d2b\">fibres optiques scintillantes<\/strong> avec des <strong class=\"d2b\">fibres optiques plastiques<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9pissurage entre deux diff\u00e9rents types de <strong class=\"d2b\">fibres optiques gros c\u0153ur<\/strong> mais de m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre, n\u2019est pas faisable par fusion. SEDI-ATI maitrise le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 m\u00e9canique permettant de r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9pissure sur ce type de fibres. La jonction entre les deux fibres (plastiques et scintillantes) est ensuite prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par un tube en inox.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>NANOPTiX : un programme d\u2019avant-garde de l\u2019ANR<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element contenu\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEDI-ATI est un acteur reconnu pour son savoir-faire dans la <strong class=\"d2b\">manipulation des fibres optiques gros c\u0153ur<\/strong>, notamment des <strong class=\"d2b\">fibres optiques scintillantes<\/strong>. SEDI-ATI est de fait le partenaire industriel dans le projet NANOPTiX (<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">ANR-18-CE42-0016) <\/span>de l\u2019Agence Nationale de la Recherche. Ce projet de recherche vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de d\u00e9tecteurs de rayons X ultra-performants : miniaturis\u00e9s, flexibles, haute r\u00e9solution, sans crosstalk, plus grande sensibilit\u00e9, temps de r\u00e9ponse r\u00e9duit, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet cible de minuscules <strong class=\"d2b\">sondes \u00e0 rayons X<\/strong> int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de fibres optiques de la taille d\u2019un cheveu. \u00c0 cette fin, NANOPTiX exploitera, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le concept d\u2019Antenne Nano-Optique (ANO) pour contr\u00f4ler la Luminescence Excit\u00e9e Sous Irradiation (LESI) par des scintillateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aller plus loin, lisez la <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">publication \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1002\/mp.70080\">Seven-probe fiber detector for time-resolved source tracking in HDR-brachytherapy: Pre-clinical experimental evaluation<\/a> \u00bb parue dans la revue Medical Physics, Volume 52, Issue 11, Novembre 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cet article met en avant l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">exp\u00e9rimentale pr\u00e9-clinique d\u2019un d\u00e9tecteur \u00e0 7 scintillateurs (7SD \u00ab Seven-probe Scintillator Detector \u00bb) pour le suivi en temps r\u00e9el des traitements de brachyth\u00e9rapie \u00e0 haute dose (HDR-BT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">pr\u00e9-clinique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le 7SD permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter en temps r\u00e9el les erreurs de positionnement de la source radioactive avec une pr\u00e9cision submillim\u00e9trique, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les niveaux de doses de radiation d\u00e9livr\u00e9s durant une tr\u00e8s courte dur\u00e9e d\u2019exposition (0,1 \u00e0 19,5 s).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Des tests de cytotoxicit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour confirmer la biocompatibilit\u00e9 du 7SD : aucune cytotoxicit\u00e9 significative n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span>Le 7SD est compatible avec les aiguilles et les cath\u00e9ters standards, ce qui facilitera son int\u00e9gration dans les pratiques cliniques.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion : Le 7SD d\u00e9montre un potentiel significatif pour une utilisation clinique en brachyth\u00e9rapie HDR.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_21536\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21536\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-21536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sedi-ati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/7SD-300x270.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sedi-ati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/7SD-300x270.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sedi-ati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/7SD-83x75.jpg 83w, https:\/\/www.sedi-ati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/7SD-480x431.jpg 480w, https:\/\/www.sedi-ati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/7SD.jpg 610w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 300px, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-21536\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le 7SD.
