L\u2019objectif fix\u00e9 est d\u2019atteindre un score de 75 points sur 100, et des plans d\u2019action sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e pour y parvenir.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text el_class=\u00a0\u00bbpetit-titre petit-titre-txt petit-titre-txt-p\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Les r\u00e9sultats de notre index 2025<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEDI-ATI est pleinement engag\u00e9e dans cette d\u00e9marche et nous sommes fiers de vous pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats de notre index pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;index de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle repose sur plusieurs crit\u00e8res objectifs et nous permet de suivre les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e. Nous croyons fermement que la transparence et la responsabilit\u00e9 sont essentielles pour atteindre une \u00e9galit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle, et nous nous engageons \u00e0 poursuivre nos efforts pour r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et promouvoir une culture d&rsquo;entreprise plus inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce suivi, notre entreprise a choisi de prendre l\u2019ann\u00e9e civile comme p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, soit du 1er janvier au 31 d\u00e9cembre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la publication.
